2026 Key Club International Convention Registration

Please read the following completely before completing your registration.

I understand that I’m registering for the Illinois-Eastern Iowa District Tour to the 2026 Key Club International Convention in Dallas, Texas.

The Tour package, described on the information page, includes the cost of the Convention Registration ($275). I understand that I do not need to complete a separate registration with Key Club International.

This Commitment/Registration form AND FULL PAYMENT must be received by May 10, 2026. (Any stipend or scholarship will be refunded after the Tour is complete.)

I understand that any cancellation request must be received by email at [email protected] by May 10, 2026 and that full refunds less a $100.00 processing fee will be granted ONLY by that time. I understand that there can be no exception for the cancellation deadline of May 10 since airlines and hotels require reservations and advance payments and that the funds will have already been spent to secure the flight and hotel reservation. Any refunds requested by May 10 will be mailed after the Tour is complete. The Key Club International Cancellation deadline DOES NOT APPLY because I am registering as part of a District Tour. If I find a replacement to fill my spot, the replacement must be of the same gender and registrant classification (i.e. students replace students or adults replace adults) and submitted prior to May 10, 2026. Because certain changes require airline approval, substitutes must be approved by the District Administrator via email at [email protected].

I understand that I am responsible for my transportation to and from my chosen departure airport. By requesting a specific size room, I understand that roommates will be assigned to me. I may indicate roommate preferences, but I understand that there are no guarantees as to whom my roommates will be.

I understand that I’ll be required to follow the Convention Code of Conduct at all times and failure to do so could result in removal from Convention & the Tour, and I (or my parents/guardians) will be responsible for costs associated with an early departure. NO refunds of any nature will be given for participants having to be removed from the Convention and the Tour. The Code of Conduct and other required forms will be sent to me after my registration and payment have been received by the District.
