July 3 – Convention workshops with fun ways to enhance your Key Club’s success
July 4 – Convention voting House of Delegates, Closing Session, Dance
July 5 – Travel, return home
Scholarships
Convention Scholarships are available to non-District Board Members:
Class of 2029 – $300
Class of 2028 – $200
Class of 2027 – $150
Full payment is due with registration. Scholarship funds will be mailed after the Tour is complete.

Registration closes Sunday, May 10, 2026
Registration confirmation will be sent directly to registrants in early June. Along with confirmation and final travel details, you’ll receive additional forms to complete, including medical forms, liability waiver forms and club delegate voting forms.

Late Registration / Cancellation
Registration and payment must be received by May 10, 2026. Once we have sold out seats, we cannot guarantee the same rate or even availability.
Please note, the Key Club International Cancellation deadline DOES NOT APPLY because you are registering as part of a District Tour.
A late fee of $100 plus airfare differential will be required for registrations received after May 10 and will only be accepted upon availability of transportation and housing.
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to [email protected] with subject line “ICON Tour Cancellation.” Full refunds less a $100 processing fee will be granted for requests received BY May 10. Refunds will be mailed after the Tour is complete.
Substitutions requests must be submitted by email to to [email protected] with subject line “ICON Tour Substitution.” Substitutions must be of the same gender and registrant classification (i.e. students replace students or adults replace adults) and submitted prior to May 10. Because certain changes require airline approval, substitutes must be approved by District Administrator before being granted.
There will be NO EXCEPTIONS made for cancellation requests received after May 10. Airlines and Hotels require reservations and advanced payments. We wish we could do refunds after that date, but funds will have already been sent to the firms providing the service.
