Proposed amendments to District Bylaws must be submitted in writing to the District Administrator on or before January 10, 2026. Amendments may be proposed by any I-I District Key Club or the District Board.
I-I District Key Clubs in good standing should send two members to be voting delegates in the annual House of Delegates. The House of Delegates elects the District Executive Board and votes on District Resolutions and on any proposed amendments to the District Bylaws.
